LLM Distance Education?: A Master of Law (LLM) is a 2-year postgraduate-level degree course. LLM Distance Education Admission 2024
Since the LLM course is not offered in distance learning mode. Therefore, institutes offer this course in a regular mode of learning and admission is currently open for the academic year 2024-25. Eligible and interested candidates only need to contact the institute by filling out the registration form or booking a counselling session. To secure an admission seat for the upcoming 2024 session, the candidate must submit the application form before the deadline.Â

LLM Eligibility Criteria

LLM Distance Education India
LLM Distance Learning is not valid in India. The Bar Council of India (BCI) and UGC’s Distance Education Bureau (DEB) have not allowed any university to offer this programme in distance mode. The Bar Council of India regulates legal practices and education in India under section 4. It was established in 1961. Whereas, the Distance Education Bureau is a part of UGC that gives authority to universities to offer higher education courses in distance learning mode.
According to both of these regulatory bodies, an LLM student needs to attend regular classes to get advanced knowledge about legal practices, which are based on hands-on training and practices. Students can apply for admission to top universities in India in regular mode. These universities are offering admission based on the merit list criteria and entrance exam scores.
Scope of LLMÂ
